Flow Rail Model BR28E

The main purpose of the flow rails is for the use in dynamic storage systems and order picking racks.

The wheels are made of high thermal plastic (polypropylene), which is of outstanding impact resistance and not brittle. The material is resistant to acids and alkali and does not attract moisture.

The channel profiles are made of bright zinc-plated steel with round edges on all sides.

The wheels on steel axles is guaranteed to take loads of 6kg with very low coefficient of friction.

Super flow rail model BR28X are mainly used in live storage systems for the safe transportation of heavy transport containers and boxes.

The wheels on steel axles is guaranteed to take loads of 12kg with very low coefficient of friction.

The specially roll formed channel profiles are made of bright zinc-plated steel with round edges on all sides. At 1500mm unsupported length, the channel can take a load of 80kg UDL.
